Ottawa saw quite a bit of economic growth in 2019 and along with that growth, a boom in housing. Ottawa Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says the housing being built in Ottawa covers a wide range.
She adds that she expects more housing development in the next year based on demand and on contractors expressing the desire to build more. She also pointed out a number of retail business that opened up including Fusion Alley, The Corner Market, and numerous other downtown businesses.
