Life Care Center of Ottawa dedicated their new mobile ultrasound van yesterday. The van will allow them to expand their services to a nine county area. The van was named after a very special volunteer who has put in countless house volunteering at the center the past 27 years, Tom Neff. Life Center Director Leah Wray tells us a little about Tom.
The 25 foot custom van with a bathroom, seating for counseling, a portable ultrasound machine and more, will allow them to do most of the things they do at the center in terms of medical services.
The Life Care Center offers pregnancy and parenting services to both men and women. All services are free.
