There’s a lot of talk about the need to hire young people right out of high school, but the other side of the coin is to keep young employees, and, of course, keep the older employees as well. Franklin County Development Council Director Paul Bean says retaining employees of all ages is challenging.
Bean was speaking at a joint meeting of county, city and school district officials.
