The United States and China signed off on phase one of a major Trade Agreement between the two Nations Wednesday. U. S. AG Secretary Sonny Perdues say the deal will go along was toward making the United States a competitive market in China.
The deal will also modify certain tariffs and address concerns about trade secrets, intellectual property, trademarks and much more.
