January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month, and the Ottawa City Commission has recognized the event by issuing a proclamation. Hannah Soreo of the Willow Domestic Violence Center accepted the proclamation and told about an upcoming event.
Soreo says all the services offered by the Willow Shelter are free.
