It probably goes without saying that some people like the way Franklin County roads are maintained and some people don’t like what they see. During the regular County Commission meeting, Warren woods says something has changed in the last two years.
Public Works director David Lee says sometimes the gravel is piled along the side of the road to provide some storage of gravel to be used at a later date.
