As the 2020 Kansas Legislative Session has opened, one issue that will be at the forefront is abortion. Representative Blaine Finch of Ottawa believes it will come up quickly and may lead to a Constitutional Amendment.
Other issues highlighting the session include Medicaid expansion, property taxes, the legalization of medical marijuana and the reduction of the food sales tax.
