Osawatomie Police Department Detective William Bradshaw has been promoted to Assistant Chief. Interim City Manager, Mike Smit, and Police Chief, David Stuteville, conducted interviews with candidates before offering Bradshaw the job. He was sworn in at the City Council Meeting last week. Bradshaw has been with the Osawatomie Police since 2009 and became a Detective in 2015. He has been very active within the Community and Chief Stuteville says he is dedicated to the betterment of the Osawatomie Police Department.
