This development could be what a lot of people have been waiting for. Possibly the first company to locate in or near the Proximity Park area. During the Ottawa Planning Commission Study Session, Planner Sarah Anzicek, had some details.
The developer has several more steps to go through before receiving final approval, but assuming there are no major obstacles, City Officials count this as probably the start of the fulfillment of the vision for Proximity Park.
