An Ottawa man and his wife were in Mami and were able to attend the Super Bowl on Sunday. Steve Hasty, of Hasty Awards, was able to get tickets through the Miami Dolphins. His company does awards for some of the charitable races the Dolphins put on. He says the stadium filled up three hours before the game and once inside the stadium you could just sense what an important event this was.
He called the experience one of the best in his life. They were able to sit on the Chiefs side of the field, just a few rows below the Chiefs owners suite. He added that he and his wife were part of the several thousand fans that stayed for the player television interviews after the trophy presentation and cheered them on until everyone left the field.
