Officials in Kansas City have announced that today’s parade to honor the Chiefs Super Bowl victory will go on regardless of the weather conditions. The parade will begin at 11:30 at 6th and Grand and continue down Grand to Union Station where team members will have the opportunity to speak at a huge rally. Kansas City Police want people to know they need to plan ahead for traffic delays and expect to walk a pretty good way. There are Park and Ride Shuttles available from many locations in the city.
Dress warm because it will be cold. No alcohol, backpacks or other large bags will be allowed. Most of all, go and have fun because it is a day of celebration!
