A long-time salvage operation near Wellsville may, at last, get cleaned up. Franklin County Planning and Building Director Larry Walrod and County Administrator Derek Brown, say they received recent notification from the Kansas Department of Transportation.
Brown says if the operator wanted to start a salvage operation in Franklin County, he’s not certain it could be stopped.
