Yesterday Kylan Newman, 21, of Kansas City was sentenced to three years probation in connection with a home burglary in Baldwin City July of 2019. The Lawrence Journal World reports that on December 30th Newman pleaded no contest and was convicted of attempted aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. A 16 year old Baldwin City boy, a 17 year old Lawrence boy and a 16 year old Wellsville boy have also been charged in connection with the same incident. All of their cases are pending.
