The Ottawa City Commission will hold a Study Session this afternoon with a variety of topics on the agenda. One item of interest is an agreement between the Ottawa Fire Department and the Lincoln, Ottawa, Harrison Townships Fire Department. It is a mutual aid agreement between the two agencies involving the need for mutual assistance. City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says there are some limits to the agreement.
Also on the agenda is a discussion about the Kansas Department ofTransportation Federal Funds Exchange Program and apointment of a non voting member to the Cities Land Bank. The Study Session will begin at 4:00 this afternoon at City Hall. You are welcome to attend this meeting and all meetings.
