It looks like the Ottawa Public Works Department may get quite a bit of extra federal money to do various street work and other projects. The money comes from what is called a Federal Funds Exchange Program. Public Works Director, Michael Haeffel says this may be a one-shot deal:
The Ottawa City Commission is expected to approve the agreement at its February 19th meeting.
