With so many questions swirling about the new Farm Bill, local extension agents want to make sure farmers and ranchers in the area have plenty of information regarding the bill. There are a series of Farm Bill Information meetings coming up. Marais des Cygnes District Extension agent Kaytlyn Barthol tells us about a meeting coming up a week from tomorrow:
Framers have until March 15th to decide which programs they want to use. The meeting will be held February 20th at 6:00 at the Paola Extension office. It is free, but they would like you to RSVP. Call the extension office for details.
