The Franklin County Courthouse could stand some touching up and some of the upkeep should occur this year. Maintenance Director, Brandon Sands, told the County Commission there are two options:
Sands says the painting around the windows and other areas are the most urgent necessity, since some areas are down to bare wood. The County Commission approved the cheaper option and officials will study repairs on the clock tower and other areas to see what options might be available.
