The renovation of the heating and cooling system at the Franklin County District Court is moving forward. Maintenance Director Brandon Sands told the County Commission he has an estimated price for the whole project:
The County Commission indicated they will wait a while to replace the boiler. There was discussion that the old boiler would, at some point, need to be replaced for the simple reason that a new boiler would be much more efficient.
