Do you ever think about the quality of the food you buy? Ever wonder who decides if your milk is good, or not so good? All that is decided by specialists trained to spot the quality of products. Students in the Ottawa High School FFA class recently competed in the “Milk Judging” event, which involved testing different qualities of milk. OHS Principal Kelly Whitaker:
