February is National Career and Technical Education Month. The students at West Franklin High School have been busy promoting their organizations. The Future Farmers of America, or F-F-A, prepares members for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. Ethan Hatfield is the President of the West Franklin FFA Chapter and says the group focuses on career development events of all kinds, and it’s not all about AG:
Ethan was interested in FFA at a young age, being a farm kid himself. When he got to high school he was anxious to get involved and learn as much as possible and develop his leadership capabilities. Hatfield says he plans to pursue a career as a pediatrician, but keep AG a part of his life.
