A two vehicle accident at the intersection of U.S. 56 and K-33 last night, north of Wellsville, has claimed the life of an Overland Park woman. No details of how the crash occurred are available from the Kansas Highway Patrol, however, it is known that the driver of one of the vehicles, 25 year old Deeva Sharma of Overland Park was killed in the crash. The other driver, 26 year old Tayler Livingston of Paola was not injured in the accident. Highway 56 was closed in both directions for several hours as crews investigated and worked the scene. The Kansas Highway Patrol says the accident was under investigation and details will be released following the investigation.
