The Franklin County Public Works Department is now taking bids for the 2020 chip seal project. Public Works Director, David Lee says, most of the work will be in southeast Franklin County.
Lee says the Colorado Road portion was deleted from last year’s chip and seal project, but is being reinstated for this year.
