It looks like the street projects for Ottawa this year are going to be more of the overhaul method rather than minor improvements. Ottawa Public Works Director, Michael Haeffele, says the usual chip sealing won’t do the trick:
Haeffele says his department can do more street work than normal thanks to extra money from what is called the Federal Funds Exchange Program.
