Ottawa’s City Clerk, Amy Finch, has earned a distinguished honor and was recognized during the City Commission meeting. Lana McPherson is the City Clerk of DeSoto Kansas and is the President of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. McPherson presented the recognition of Master Clerk to Finch:
City Manager, Richard Nienstedt also paid tribute to the work done by city clerks.
