If everything goes as planned, Franklin County Rural Water District Number One will gain some new customers just inside Douglas County, near Baldwin. District Manager, Tom Wilson, says they have plenty of water sources:
The Franklin County Commission gave its approval for expansion of the District. Wilson says they also have to check with Baldwin to see if there are any hurdles there to overcome.
