To say it’s been a busy year for the Franklin County Attorney’s office would be an understatement. The office handled 595 criminal cases this year, up from 425 the year before and up from only about 300 the year before. Franklin County Attorney Brandon Jones says they aren’t backing down.
He adds that there were also 1,200 traffic cases, and over 100 juvenile and child in need of care cases. He says they are on pace for about the same number of cases this year.
