The newest member of the Wellsville City Council has been sworn in. City Clerk, Tammy Jones, administered the Oath of Office to Councilwoman, Natalie Patton, who is the first woman appointed to the Council that anyone can remember.
Patton fills the seat vacated by Kiel Laswell, who recently moved out of the city limits.
