If you have ever taken first aid classes, you were probably taught to do mouth-to-mouth resuscitation among other things. It seems that mouth-to-mouth CPR may be a thing of the past. Franklin county Emergency Medical Services director Nick Robbins gave the county commission new information.
Robbins says the most critical thing is to get the hear beating again, if possible.
