If you’re running behind in paying your water or electric bill in Ottawa you have a break for a few weeks due to the COVID-19 crisis. Ottawa city manager Richard Nienstedt says just because you won’t have your utility disconnected does not relieve your responsibility to pay your bill.
Nienstedt says you can email or call city hall to try and work out arrangements for bill payments.
