Some good news from Franklin County Health Department director Midge Ransom. The person who tested positive for the coronavirus in Franklin County had a mild case, has fully recovered, and will be released to go on with a normal life. Ransom also reports the county got another negative test result, bringing that total to 7. However she adds that we aren’t out of the woods yet, as quite a few people in the county are in quarantine.
Ransom says that people who have traveled to exposure hot spots this past week need to self-quarantine. Those areas include the entire west coast, Florida and anywhere along the gulf coast, including Texas, Louisiana and Alabama.
