New restrictions in Franklin County for preventing the spread of COVID-19, County Health Officer, Dr. Bud Ransom, made the announcement:
He added that those establishments with drive through, carry out, or delivery service can continue with those services. He also emphasized the importance of Social Distancing when out and washing your hands after any interaction in the public. Dr. Ransom says there has been only one case in the County so far, however, he expects that to change in the coming weeks.
