During this time of mandatory Stay At Home Orders, stress can build up pretty quickly in most people.  It is very important to have a plan to break the monotony of being inside your house for days, maybe even weeks, on end.  Ottawa Recreation Fitness and Wellness supervisor, Jamie Simms, says you need to plan you days:

She also says to make sure you get up at the regular time, get dressed, (don’t stay in your pj’s all day) and stick to as normal of a routine as possible.  One more thing, try very hard to stay off facebook, as it can overwhelm you with negative depressing things.
