If you own a business in Ottawa and have been hit hard by the coronavirus crisis, there might be a lifeline from the City. It is in the form of a Community Development Block Grant of around $230 thousand, and City Attorney Blaine Finch says it’s not free money:
Applications for the loan will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
