In the midst of the depressing coronavirus crisis…..where can you go to find good news? The answer: in your own backyard. During the regular Franklin County Commission meeting, which was conducted by videoconference, health department director Midge Ransom says the local situation is looking a little more optimistic.
Ransom says her department is also experimenting with what is called a serologic test…it involves a blood test that should give results in as little as 15 minutes.
