The Ottawa Recreation staff have been working from home, coming up with different types of virtual recreation opportunities and way to reach out to the Community during this time. The ORC would like to have a Community Celebration thanking all those on the front lines of the COVID 19 crisis, all while complying with the Stay At Home Order and Social Distancing guidelines. ORC Recreational Manager, Brandon Stortz, explains:
