We know some of the restrictions taking place in our area due to the COVID 19 crisis, but what about other countries? There are a lot of former Ottawans living in areas around the world that have been hit hard by the COVID 19 virus. Jodee Anderson grew up in Ottawa in the late 70’s and 80’s and now teaches English Language and Literature at the University of Santiago in Lugo, Spain. She says people here need to be ready for what may be coming:
Jodee adds that unemployment in Spain, which runs at 20% or more anyway, is skyrocketing out of control and the Spanish Government is scrambling to get some type of aid package to the people, but they want to do better than the United States Government has done
