The Kansas Department of Health and Environment gave an update on the COVID 19 pandemic yesterday afternoon.  The number of cases in Kansas has risen to 1,588 with 80 deaths associated with the virus.  There have been 359 hospitalizations reported.  Franklin County remained at 12 cases, Johnson reports 343, Douglas 42, Miami 4, Linn 5, Osage 4, and Anderson County still has no reported cases.

Governor Kelly extended the Stay At Home Order for two more weeks.  She sys that after that, if the pandemic is still expanding, she will extend it again, but, if not, restrictions could ease a bit:

She adds that the Stay At Home Order is working and encourages everyone to continue to follow all the health and hygiene guidelines.
