Franklin County has stayed at 12 cases of COVID 19 for several days. County Officials are looking hard at Federal, State and Local efforts to reduce the spread of the virus. One big hurdle for Franklin County is the number of tests the Health Department is able to perform. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment has given certain criteria in order to give a test.
