The current economic slump due to the coronavirus crisis is starting to boomerang. Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says tax revenues to the City will no doubt take a big drop, and it will show in some city services:
Nienstedt says the City will, of course, maintain Public Safety, but it may take longer to respond. He says at the current time, he hopes to avoid any layoffs of City Staff.
