The City of Ottawa is looking to the future, and it looks like some rough roads are ahead. City Manager, Richard Nienstedt says upcoming tax revenue reports will not be very positive:
City Officials say a drop in revenues could mean a reduction of some City Services. Nienstedt says he and his staff are now considering a number of options to streamline operations.
