Kansas continues to see increases in the positive COVID 19 cases.  Governor Laura Kelly says that wide spread testing is the direction the State needs to move to get things back on track.  Kelly says President Trump has a plan for the economy:

The Governor added she will have a plan for reopening the Kansas economy on Thursday.  That plan calls for lifting her statewide Stay At Home Order in favor of restrictions imposed, as needed, by County Health Officials.  However KDHE Secretary, Lee Norman, will have the authority to override local health officials.  As of yesterday afternoon, the number of COVID 19 cases has climbed to 3,328, with 120 deaths and 496 people have been hospitalized.

Franklin County remained at 12 cases, with all fully recovered, Johnson County reports 440, Douglas 49, with 39 recovered, Miami 5, all recovered, Linn 5, Osage 5, and Anderson County still has no reported cases.
