When the Governor reveals her plan for reopening the economy tomorrow, it doesn’t mean we are done with COVID 19. Franklin County Emergency Management Director, Alan Radcliff, told the Franklin County Commission this morning that it’s his goal to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, but he thinks normal is going to be a little different for everybody after this:
Governor Kelly will outline her plan for opening the economy tomorrow. The County will build its plan around that. The Commission is meeting again on Friday to go over how Franklin County will bring the local economy back.
