There’s a lot of talk about the need to test a lot of people before the Country can re-open the economy, and the testing problem is also an issue in Franklin County. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says it’s a frustrating situation:
Brown says the whole re-opening process is based on testing, and Kansas still doesn’t have that basis so it can proceed in re-opening.
