A Wellsville man has lost his bid to have about 10 acres he owns to be de-annexed from the city. Jamie Dreiling and Wellsville Mayor Bill Lytle discussed the issue.
Dreiling says the annexation was based on some miscommunications. The council voted 3 to 2 to deny reversing the annexation. The property is located at 4890 Thomas road.
