The Franklin County C & D Landfill is filling up fast, and expanding it may be necessary. Public Works Director, David Lee, says right now the landfill is expected to be full in eight years:
Lee says SCS Engineers will use a drone to do various measurements of the current facility and make calculations in their estimations fo life expectancy.
