The coronavirus crisis has caused deep layoffs for employees, and it may even be infiltrating local elections. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, says she needs poll workers for elections later this year:
Paddock says she wants to make sure all workers have sanitizer and protective clothing to assure their safety.
