Amidst the flurry of restrictions imposed on citizens due to the coronavirus crisis, the ability to attend church has been at the center of several court battles, including in Kansas.  Governor Laura Kelly has put forth a phased plan for gradually ending restrictions.  Franklin County Administrator, Derek Brown, says one key provision involves mass gatherings and he says if certain guidelines are met, you can have a crowd of people:

Brown says if there are additional coronavirus outbreaks in Franklin County, the County Commission could impose stricter requirements than those currently spelled out in State Guidelines.
