Under Kansas Governor Laura Kelley’s phase-out of coronavirus restrictions, access to public buildings will gradually be restored, but it won’t happen right away. Franklin County Administrator, Derek Brown says the Old Historic Courthouse is in the midst of a coronavirus upgrade:
