May Day is recognized throughout the world as a celebration of the return of spring and the hope for new beginnings that spring brings with it! In honor of that, Osawatomie High School class of 2020 will have a May Day cruise and the community is invited to join in by putting out yard signs along Main street between sonic and 12th street. Maim street businesses can also decorate windows! Check out the “stay strong path of senior signs lined down main street!
OHS will join other schools across the country by lighting up the night sky with stadium lights and sports complex lights for 20 minutes and 20 seconds beginning at 8 p.m. to honor the OHS class of 2020 and spring sports athletes. Everyone is encouraged to stay in their cars, only one household per vehicle, and to practice safe social distancing and enjoy the cruse night! The cruise will be from 7:30 t0 8:30
