Kansas Governor, Laura Kelly, has started the phase out of coronavirus Stay At Home Restrictions, but it may take longer than many think.  Franklin County Public Health Officer, Dr. Bud Ransom, told the County Commission that a resurging virus may force a delay in ending phase one, which is supposed to end around May 18th:

Phase One keeps most places closed, but does allow such things as Child Care Centers and Libraries to open under certain conditions.  Mass gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people, and Social Distancing of six feet is still required.
